Plans Reviewer

For plans review, the client will assign plans to review for a time period consistent with an eight-hour day. The employee will utilize the Florida Building Code to complete plans review and provide a professional opinion to the client as to whether the plans conform, or do not conform, to the Florida building code. The employee will provide results to the client in accordance with the client's requirements. Plan reviews may extend as required by client to complete the review. An engineer's license, registered architect license, or building code adminstrator's license is required.
