Client - Major Financial Firm
Role - Presentation Graphics Designer
Rate - $36/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $54/HR)
Duration - 12 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Downtown NYC
Expert PowerPoint user. Proficient in PhotoShop, Illustrator, and working knowledge of InDesign.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Produce investment banking deal pitches and other presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Illustrator, including the development of custom PowerPoint templates
Produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
Complete related administrative duties for billing and tracking of project information in job-tracking software
Collaborate with other global production hubs as necessary (Mumbai, London, and Hong Kong)
QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience as a desktop publisher/presentation specialist within investment banking and/or asset management or other financial services firm
Expert in Excel charting (you know all the shortcuts)
Expert in PowerPoint (can re-create graphics fast)
Must pass a 2 3 hour Excel/PowerPoint test before being accepted for assignment
Strong interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills
Organized, efficient time management skills with acute attention to detail
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat (can trace logos, maps, images, and create custom backgrounds for PowerPoint)
MapInfo experience preferred, but not required
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work as a teams
