As a Communication and Content Manager at NDAX Canada Inc., you will play a vital role in shaping the company's communication strategy and creating compelling content. You will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, crafting engaging content, and ensuring consistent messaging across various channels.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all company communications across all channels, including PR, email, social media messaging, website and app copy, and ads
• Ensure all communications align with the company's vision, voice, and tone
• Create and manage educational and engaging contents, such as blogs, articles, posts, videos and other materials
• Develop and implement the company's content strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Ensure brand consistency across various platforms

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Communication or Content Manager in the crypto or finance industry
• Background in journalism with strong technical writing and editing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in SEO and content optimization techniques
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
