ABOUT YOU:

The Email Marketing Specialist is responsible for designing and building visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages. If you're an enthusiastic, motivated, and innovative creative,  who can optimize landing pages and workflows for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance improvement, we want to hear from you!

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Design and build visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages with a visual builder.
  • Develop and implement marketing automation workflows to streamline lead generation and customer engagement processes.
  • Optimize landing pages and workflows for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate landing pages and automations into overall marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to landing page design, marketing automation, and CRO.

 

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or other equivalent degree
  • 2-4 years experience in Digital or Social Media Marketing preferred; Open to those fresh out of school or internship.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
  • Proficiency in GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and experience with web design principles experience a plus!
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Self-starter that is comfortable carrying forward many active projects at once.
  • Positive, "can do" attitude is a must -- this position requires researching solutions and innovating with digital strategy to reach consumers.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Embraces project management organization, such as online task lists and communication.
  • Team-oriented and good communication skills

  • None outside of commute
