POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Technical Support team is on a mission to help families and friends from around the world pay tribute to those they love. By delivering best-in-class services and technical support with the overarching goal of helping customers on their journey from purchase to delivery.
A successful candidate has a strong working background in problem-solving and has a delivery-focused approach to driving customer value. The candidate will need a good mix of support and customer care skills and a deep technical ability to engage on bugs, issues, and customer feature requests to be a hands-fixer type of person. Additionally, this individual should have a good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics so they can be a staunch support resource

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Participate in the first line of communication with customers for support calls and feature requests.
• Design, develop, implement, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure that customer enhancement projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with our web development, and Cloud Ops teams to ensure that all websites are up-to-date, secure, and responsive.
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, plugins, and themes.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Optimize WordPress websites for speed, performance, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, and customizations to plugins.
