Location: Niagara Region, ON
Length of Assignment: 12 Months
Salary: $18-19 /Hr.Position Summary: Provides administrative support to Call Center department. Answers overflow calls, and administers the return of merchandise and tracks missing equipment.
Responsibilities:- HELPDESK MANAGMENT ASSISTANCE: Answers calls that are going to miss SL as required.
- Monitors call center call volumes, and follows established protocol to address issues.
- Monitors queue for critical calls and forward to appropriate department for resolution.
- Creates accurate on line tickets to assist call centre agents and place in correct call back queue.
- Input daily helpdesk punch detail into managers tracker to reconcile payroll.
Requirements:- Minimum High school graduation with 1 years of work experience in an administrative capacity. Previous experience in a Help Desk environment is beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft office, word excel & outlook. Experience with Salesforce would be an asset.
- Routine problem solving with some non-routine elements.
- Establish rapport with team members to effectively solve problems and solicit opinions. Courteously exchanges factual information in a customer complaint environment. Calms irate or stressed customers in down time situations. Quickly establishes rapport to elicit productive answers to investigative questions that result in timely and accurate solutions. Occasional communication of bad news.
- The position will be completely from office during the time period of this contract
