Must possess outstanding research and drafting skills to effectively handle complex tax cases.
Preference for candidates holding an LL.M. in taxation or CPA certification, reflecting a solid foundation in tax law.
Willingness and availability to work in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. area, serving small businesses, midsize enterprises, large corporations, and entrepreneurs.
DUTIES:
Specialization in Tax Law
Conduct comprehensive legal research and exhibit exceptional drafting skills in preparing legal documents related to tax cases, including pleadings, motions, and appeals.
Utilize strong analytical skills to assess complex taxation issues and develop effective strategies to represent clients' interests
Communicate proficiently and efficiently with clients and colleagues, providing updates on case progress and addressing inquiries.
Oversee and provide guidance to direct-reports, facilitating their professional development and ensuring the quality of their work.
