Junior Cloud Engineer - Hybrid onsite/remote

Junior Cloud Engineer position open in Greenville, SC, for an experienced Help Desk or Junior System Administrator with 3+ years of experience in infrastructure support. In this role, you will be working with a team supporting different client environments and maintaining cloud services and networks. Experience in 0365, Azure AD, networking (connecting devices to the network or internet), and infrastructure troubleshooting is required.

Requirements:

·        3+ years of experience in IT support or IT help desk

·        Client communication skills - excellence in support!

·       Cloud AD, o365 support

·       Hardware virtualization, Hyper-V, VMware

·        Strong troubleshooting skills related to network connections, wireless, subnet, gateway

·        Associates Degree in IT, A+, Network+, CCNA desired
