Rate - $48.15/hr on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $72.23/hr)
Job Description:
This role will join the New Product Development & ThankYou Rewards team as a part of Third Party Vendor Management. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team focused on establishing and enhancing successful partnerships with Third Party Providers.
Key responsibilities:
This new team member will assist the Vendor Manager and the Third Party Management team by:
• Formulating responses to internal compliance and regulatory requests
• Periodically gathering vendor performance data and updating vendor scorecards
• Monitoring third party performance and communicating SLA breaches when they occur.
• Being the focal point for any vendor related issues that are escalated
• Requesting and consolidating performance data from third party suppliers
• Updating and maintaining data for vendor employees who interface with Client systems
• Responding to time sensitive requests from senior management and delivering exceptional results
• Developing strong relationships with vendors and internal partners and leveraging the relationships to drive desired outcomes
• Actively participating in meetings related to third party monitoring and performance reporting
• Updating and recording resolution of issues and findings from audits and other reviews for multiple third parties
• Collaborating with other members of the Third Party Management team and other Client team members to support Third Party relationships
• Other responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience with third party vendor management. Experience within the financial services or banking space is preferred
Bachelor's degree required. Business major highly preferred
• Previous exposure to credit card rewards or points programs is preferred
• Working knowledge of the current regulatory and compliance environment, especially in regards to the management of third party suppliers
• Understanding of large corporate supply chains and their efficient, effective execution
• Business-side experience with technology project delivery is a plus, especially engagement using SDLC and AGILE methodologies
• Experience with developing and applying quantitative measures as they relate to the monitoring and improvement of third party vendor performance
• Demonstrated ability to drive transactional work to successful on-time completion, and to contribute to ongoing project work at the task level
• Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a cross-functional, matrixed environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with senior leaders in a large organization
• Proficiency with excel, word, outlook, power point and other automated tools
