Civil CAD Designer - Land Development

SUMMARY:
Top Engineering firm is seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil CAD Designer with a personal commitment to excellence to join our Land Development Team in Tucson, AZ. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment on multiple projects simultaneously and must be a team player.

The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and have a strong commitment to the Values of the Company. This person will have the ability to participate in complex and high value projects, work with multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality, make sound decisions for the benefit of the project and the Company, and be able to consistently meet project deadlines while always maintaining a high level of quality.
Prior AutoCAD and Civil 3D experience
Relevant/similar Land Development Experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently as a self-motivator
Ability to prepare construction documents using good design judgment and meeting agency design guidelines.

Education and Experience:
Proficient with AutoCAD and Civil 3D
At least 10 years of relevant experience

LOCATION: Tucson office location
COMPENSATION: Salary depends on level of skills and experience.
