In this role, you will be responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing the scalability, security, cost and reliability of our infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering, security, product and operations teams to plan, execute, and deliver large-scale programmes that align with the organisation’s strategic goals.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><ul><li>Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure and security programmes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.</li><li>Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and business teams to define programme objectives, timelines, and success metrics.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, and documentation to ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.</li><li>Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive problem-solving and mitigation strategies are in place.</li><li>Ensure alignment between infrastructure and security initiatives and broader organisational objectives, driving programme success.</li><li>Monitor programme performance and progress, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.</li><li>Facilitate communication and coordination between technical teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure smooth programme execution.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, infrastructure, security, big data and analytics, or cloud networking.</li><li>2+ years of experience in technical programme management, ideally with a focus on infrastructure or security programmes.</li><li>Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS or similar), networking, and security principles.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Fluent in English and Russian.
