About the role:

As we lean into our tremendous growth and scale our revenue organization, we’re excited to expand our revenue operations function and continue to scale Settle’s revenue engine. As the Revenue Operations Lead, you’ll report to the head of Revenue Operations and act as a thought partner to the Go-To-Market teams (sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships). As you formulate your vision of what your revenue org needs to succeed, you’ll execute against that vision to enable Settle’s growth. This role will own the management of GTM systems and processes to ensure the revenue org operates effectively.

What you'll do:

  • Design and manage the framework for territories, and compensation plans, to support our growth goals
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on GTM planning and operational processes and execution towards Settle’s sales and revenue goals
  • Own the research, procurement, and management of our GTM tech stack to develop scalable systems and tools to support Settle’s growth
  • Assist with business KPI reporting for GTM leadership and executive management team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance and analytics teams to ensure the accuracy of revenue data


 What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations role in a high-growth b2b SaaS environment
  • 2+ years managing/administering Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of GTM systems (Chorus/Gong, Apollo/Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.) and BI reporting tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong project management and organization skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Resourceful and able to thrive in dynamic, rapidly evolving startup environments

Nice to have:

  • Experience in b2b fintech (e.g., payments, lending, banking, etc.) 
  • SQL experience
  • Salesforce certification

Compensation:

This role has an annual starting salary range of $108,000-$135,000 + equity + benefits. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills, prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role).
