The is to provide Production Support Services for the Retail Operations
Required Skills
1. 2+ years experience in Oracle Retail Order Management, Oracle Retail Order Broker implementation
2. Proficient in Oracle Retail Order Managment and Oracle Order Broker functionality, configurations and business process
3. Proficient in Oracle Commerce Cloud functionality and configuration, including catalog management, pricing, promotions, and user experience.
4. Strong understanding of E-commerce platforms, retail operations and customer journey, and online retail best practices.
5. Familiarity with incident management processes, including tracking, escalation, and communication.
6. Possess strong communication skills to work with client independently in a virtual working environment
7. Experience in requirement gathering and translated into functional design document
8. Had experience in support of Oracle annual and quarterly update
Preferred Skills
1. Experience in working with Oracle Support to resolve vendor related issues
2. Experience in working with offshore development team is desired
3. Experience in working at SLA (Service-Level Agreement) environment is desired
4. Experience in Oracle Retail Cloud Products (such as MFCS, SACS) and Xstore integration is desired
Responsibilities
1. Document incidents, resolutions, and workarounds in detail. Contribute to the knowledge base to empower Client's staff with effective troubleshooting resources.
2. Provide functional assistance to Client's business users and IT Teams, addressing inquiries and clarifying platform features. Resolve order-related issues and escalations promptly.
3. Manage end-to-end order processing lifecycle, including order creation, validation, fulfillment, and tracking. Ensure accurate and timely order execution.
4. Collaborate with Client's business and IT teams to implement functional enhancements and updates
5. Proactively Identify opportunities for process enhancement and collaborate with development teams to implement functional updates.
6. lead and support Oracle monthly, quarterly, Bi-annually patch update for activities included but not limited to evaluating release note, impact analysis and develop a minimum testing standards and provide testing support
7. Configure and maintain Oracle Retail Order Management and Order Broker systems, including defining business
