Job Title: Company Vehicle Inventory Management Coordinator
Location: Orion Twp MI
Duration: 12+ MonthsHybrid Schedule: Onsite twice a monthDescription:The Company Vehicle Inventory Management Coordinator will be responsible for providing superior customer service by initiating, responding to, and acting on email/phone inquiries from auctions, dealers and other departments regarding vehicle ordering, activations, deactivations, and logistics.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Coordinate and communicate with all company departments, dealers, and auction houses for problem resolution.
- Responsible for all aspects of inventory management including processing all required transactions in our Company Vehicle systems.
- Manage inventory reports on a daily/monthly basis.
Requirements:- Bachelor's of Science degree
- 1+ years customer service experience in a high volume call center.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills both written and verbal.
- Capable of interacting with all levels of employees effectively
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Excellent analytical, customer service and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel. Creating Pivot Tables will be critical in this role.
- Required to maintain confidentiality and only access when job functions require it.
Note: The position requires an individual who can demonstrate they are organized with high attention to detail, excellent analytical, customer service and critical thinking skills. The candidate will also be required to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
