Jr Data Analyst

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a ­­­­­­­­Data Analyst for a prominent client of ours.  This position is in ­­Bridgewater, NJ. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

• Hybrid role! (3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
• 6-month assignment with the potential to extend based on need and performance.

Excel Proficiency:

• Create, maintain, and update complex spreadsheets for data analysis purposes.
• Develop formulas, pivot tables, and charts to visualize and analyze data effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency through data cleansing and validation techniques.

Employee Data Support:

• Utilize Workday to extract data for analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within the Workday system.
• I-9 Analysis.

Data Analysis:

• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Assist in the preparation of reports for stakeholders.
• Perform follow-up actions and corrections based on analysis.

Communication:

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs.
• Provide detailed status updates.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate should have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office tools and be comfortable navigating within computer applications.
• The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented, customer driven, outgoing, and a team player.
• Years of Experience: 0 - 3 Years.
