LAND DEVELOPMENT FIELD MANAGER CO-OP/INTERNSHIP

These skills will be used to:

• Works alongside the Land Development Construction Manager and Field Managers following a handoff from our Land Development Acquisition Team to assist with the following implementation.
• Ensure Quality Design adheres to our schedule and budget. This includes design reviews and obtaining local permits prior to the start of construction.
• Manage our Development Schedule based on needs and feedback from our Home Building Division Presidents.
• Manage Construction Quality, Schedule and Cost.
• Closeout phases with Homebuilding includes As-Builts, Quality Review/Inspection, Punch List and Jurisdictional Bonds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have the ability to multitask.
• Demonstrates excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
