Business Analyst 3|INR

• As a Client Business Analyst, you are part of a team responsible for data validation and testing of basic to complex interactions between Cloud ERP and Supply chain planning systems.
• In this critical role, you will focus on supporting the global Supply Chain management team.
• To be successful, you will need to be extremely technical and organized; able to multi-task in a high-volume and multi-vendor enterprise environment; have strong communication skills; and be a motivated, self-starter.

• The role requires knowledge of Supply chain planning and execution processes and tools. Specific functional area of knowledge required includes Demand, supply, and order scheduling processes.
• Understand the defined processes and the data required to support supply chain planning processes.
• Review solution design documents, functional specifications for system configuration, reports, integrations, and extensions to understand the data elements that would be required to be exchanged between ERP and supply chain planning system.
• Work with Business SME and Functional Business Analysts to develop and validate testing scenarios and test scripts for data validation and end to end process execution.
• Compare source and target system for supply chain master data such as products, locations, Bill of Materials, Sourcing ratios, product hierarchy etc to validate target system data matches source system data.
• Compare source and target system for supply chain transaction data such as bookings, shipments, Inventory, Open PO, work orders etc to validate target system data matches source system data.
• Participate in Unit testing, System Integration and User acceptance testing.
• Document and communicate/translate requirements, data testing and validation outcomes to different stakeholder teams.
• Co-ordinate with different stakeholder teams to implement fixes for correction.
• Understand Oracle Cloud functionality and planning system capability such as SAP IBP
• Ensure changes and updates are fully documented and vetted in a pre-production environment.
• Provide updates to Global Supply Chain management on data validation and testing results.
• Prepare and update Standard Operating procedures for initial and ongoing data validation.
• Provide training to Global Supply Chain management for data validation and other relevant application features.
• Ability to work in US time zone

• Strong working knowledge of SAP IBP
• Knowledge and proficiency in Supply Chain Planning process in area of demand, supply and order scheduling
• Ability to problem solve and work with appropriate methodologies (Agile, waterfall, etc.), prepare detailed requirements documents, test plans, and process documentation and capable of understanding and communicating functional specifications, user stories, and related documentation to IT teams.
• Good communication skills, including technical writing and presentation skills
• Expertise in SQL and advanced skills in spreadsheets tools such as excel
• 5-7 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Open minded and willingness to understand new technology and tools

• Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP is preferred primarily within PD-PDH and Supply Chain Planning.
• Advanced degree with a focus on Computer Science, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a related field of study
• Strong business knowledge & experience of supply chain management at a HW/SW mix company or at any hi-tech company
