<p>Our client is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to join their team. This role requires an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a strong commitment to maintaining regulatory standards within the iGaming industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Regulatory Compliance, the successful candidate will be responsible for various compliance-related tasks to ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies. This position follows a hybrid office/home working model.</p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Client and Supplier Onboarding</strong> – Facilitate the due diligence process and maintain accurate records.</li><li><strong>Supplier Monitoring</strong> – Ensure supplier relationships are monitored in accordance with regulatory requirements.</li><li><strong>Policies & Procedures</strong> – Assist in the creation and maintenance of company documentation.</li><li><strong>Training</strong> – Maintain training records for group companies.</li><li><strong>Audits</strong> – Provide assistance as required during audit processes.</li><li><strong>Regulatory Submissions</strong> – Support regulatory submission processes, with the goal of eventually managing them independently.</li><li><strong>Industry Awareness</strong> – Stay informed of internal standards, industry regulations, and business goals.</li><li><strong>Knowledge Management</strong> – Maintain a solid understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and technical documentation.</li><li><strong>General Compliance Support</strong> – Assist with any other ad-hoc duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Compliance department.</li></ul><h3><strong>Required Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>At least 3 years of experience in Compliance or a similar role.</li><li>Previous experience within the iGaming industry.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are an asset).</li><li>Comfortable handling external communication via email and phone.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google tools, JIRA, and Confluence.</li><li>Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.</li><li>Capable of working independently and adapting quickly to change.</li><li>Consistent, dependable, and able to maintain accurate records.</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>Experience working in a Technical Compliance team or a technical background.</li></ul><p>This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment within the iGaming industry.</p> •
