Description:
• Collaborate with AML Transaction Monitoring, Operations, Advisory and Technology teams to evaluate and develop enhancements to the monitoring program for RDC
• Prepare Impact/Risk Assessment of the RDC program
• Collaborate with the global project team in successfully completing regulatory projects and related task, including End to End reviews and QA review.
• Review, assess and advise on potential AML risks related to new RDC-related products
• Participate in governance committees meetings, and escalate significant AML issues and activities
• Participate in AML risk assessments related to RDC and create a sustainable process for addressing control risks identified
• Work with Business and AML Advisory to review and refresh training related to RDC
• Monitor the legal and regulatory environment and provide timely AML related advice to the businesses on changes and trends, and address impact
