<p>CO2 AI is an end-to-end sustainability management platform that enables complex enterprises to quickly and effectively drive sustainability at scale.</p><p>As a Solutions Engineer Manager, your team will participate in post-sales technical activities. You will ensure the successful evaluation and deployment of end-to-end data engineering pipelines that will be used by our most strategic customers to convert sustainability initiatives into action. Through your leadership and guidance, your team will design and deploy solutions that will be the bedrock of future expansion within our customers’ footprint.</p><p>WHAT YOU’LL DO (AND WHY IT MATTERS)</p><ul><li>Manage a team of Solution Engineers through performance reviews, coaching, defining processes, and building growth framework</li><li>Define the tech stack & tools used by Solutions Architects for the delivery of the pre-processing pipeline</li><li>Identify areas of improvement in quality of delivery and optimization of time spent on deliveries while continuously aiming for more replicability</li><li>Work closely with the Product team to express the needs of the delivery team in order to improve clients satisfaction</li><li>Build & maintain catalogue of implementation services for use by the Sales team</li><li>Validate projects sold to clients & prospects in regards to feasibility, timeline, price, etc.</li><li>Strong collaboration with Customer Success team to ensure strong impact on value delivered to customers and their satisfaction</li></ul><p>WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)</p><ul><li>8+ years of overall experience with at least 2 years of experience managing or leading a team of Solutions Engineers/Architects</li><li>Strong experience in the SaaS industry, particularly with enterprise software with complex and strategic data ingestion steps, or a consulting background</li><li>Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to empathize with both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Proven experience collaborating with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams</li><li>Great knowledge of python and any ETL framework (Dagster would be perfect)</li><li>Sustainability knowledge is a plus</li><li>We work 100% in English so fluency is required</li></ul><p>WHERE YOU WILL BE BASED</p><p>Role based in Paris (France).
