Content Developer

Tasks:
- Accurately input technical documentation to a content management system (CMS)
- Manage daily submission and verification of localization batches in the CMS
- Communicate translation batch status with team of writers and project managers using an electronic ticket system (similar to Jira, Asana)

Required Skills:
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Trustworthy; ability to keep information confidential
- macOS

Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience with similar tasks
- Prior experience working in an Client Retail Store or as an Client service technician
- Basic HTML (text formatting, links, images, lists) •
