Research Data Coordinator

Job Title: Research Data Coordinator 
Location: Houston TX 77030
Duration: 6 Months Contract
 
Research Data Coordinator
•             Accurately record and track invoices for CPDPC studies
•             Develop and maintain invoice database
•             Review invoices and cross-check with study database and statement of work to ensure data has been entered for all invoiced costs
•             Prepare reports of findings for all invoices
•             Correspond with study sites to resolve discrepancies between invoiced costs and database entries.
•             Populate monthly invoicing reports for sponsors
•             Work with study team to gather information necessary to resolve issues pertaining to study invoices
•             Other duties as assigned.
 
REQUIREMENTS
Education: High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: 2 years of research experience.
Preferred: Prior experience with invoicing for research studies.
 
This position requires High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of related experience. May substitute required experience with completed years of college on a one to one basis.
