Operational Analyst
Client: Major Bank
Duration: 6+ Months
Locational: Tampa, FL

Pay rate: up to $44.44/hr (w2)
Overtime Rate: $66.66/hr
Corp to Corp: up to $48/hr

Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Supply Chain (ESC) Third Party Utility (TPU) Operational Standards Lead Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the global operating standards and procedures to ensure the consistent delivery of the TPU's Book of Work to Client stakeholders across the globe.
This role reports to and supports the ESC TPU Operational Standards Manager, particularly in the area of designing standardized processes, writing and instituting operating procedures, and creating reporting scorecards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the TPU Operational Standards Manager to develop and maintain global standard operating procedures for each TPU activity contained within the Book of Work. Support the implementation of these activities in a multi-year, multi-phased environment
2. Develop standard training materials for each TPU activity and support "train-the-trainer efforts, as applicable
3. Support the development of interim TPU tools to document, store, and report on activities performed, including Supplier Relationship Scorecards, Process Activity Scorecards, and Due Diligence scorecards
4. Develop and maintain global standards for the TPU Quality Assurance activities to be carried out for each activity at each TPU site, including operating procedures and interim tools
5. Support the ESC TPU Operational Standards Manager in overseeing each TPU site's adherence to the TPU Global Operating Standards, inclusive of compliance with operating procedures, standard tools utilization, and reporting artifacts
6. Develop strong working relationships with the TPU Site teams and key Client stakeholders to promote excellence in service delivery
7. Support TPU Program Management team to implement productivity and continuous improvement programs

Req Qualifications:
Knowledge/Experience:
Preferred 8+ years of relevant experience in operations, risk management and controls. Direct experience with Third Party risk management highly preferred

Skills:
Excellent communication skills and fluent in English, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate complex and sensitive issues to management
Strong leadership skills with ability to engage and collaborate across geographic locations
Advanced cross-cultural and cross-functional collaboration skills
Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple deliverables and tasks
Ability to solve complex issues and apply an appropriate risk management response
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present information in a succinct format to management
Strong attention to details with a keen eye for process management and documentation
Ability to draft detailed operating procedures, training materials, and tools
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making, with the ability to exercise sound, timely and independent judgment
Proficient in MS Office applications

Qualifications:
Minimum BS/BA degree
