As an IT Security Manager – Privileged AccessYou will:- Manage the development of roadmaps in line with strategic direction and build plans for Privileged Access management teams.
- Manage the execution, build and delivery of Privileged Access management ("PAM”) roadmaps with complex and varied requirements through cross-functional teams.
- Oversight of current state Privileged Access management platform for successful SpinCo conveyance and support of preliminary build activities.
- Own critical PAM build remediation and recovery plans, as required by risk and business decisions
- Provides direct supervision management to assigned employees through leadership, coaching, training, development, allocating work assignment, review of progress in achieving objectives managing employee compensation, performance appraisals, diversity, disability, all relevant employee data, etc. Understands and enforces corporate/location policies and procedures.
- May manage workforce vendors and contracts.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) years of experience in IT security, in a private, public, government or military environment.
