Bilingual Account Coordinator, Collections & Recoveries (Spanish)

We're looking for self-motivated, confident communicators with sales or negotiation experience to join our Customer Advocacy department as Bilingual Account Coordinators (Spanish) on the Collections and Recoveries team.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position with a 4 day work week and full benefits. We are currently hiring in AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, TX, UT, VA and WA.

You've developed your negotiation skills with 1+ year(s) experience in any professional environment where finding win-win solutions for customers is the number one priority.

We've found that everyone from tenured collections agents, sales reps from any industry, and customer service professionals with retail, restaurant and hospitality backgrounds are well-prepared for success in this key role. 

The impact you'll make:

You'll drive forward our mission of enabling financial progress by serving as the voice of Mission Lane, via live customer phone calls in a virtual call center environment.  

Day-by-day, you'll speak with customers who have fallen behind on their Mission Lane credit card payments, approach them with dignity and respect, and help them improve their financial health by negotiating payment or settlement plans. 

You'll thrive in this role if:

• You are 100% fluent in both Spanish and English.
• You have 1+ year(s) customer service experience, in any industry.
• You have sales experience and are comfortable negotiating.

• You stay calm during conflict and recover quickly from difficult conversations.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work location:

• This is a work-from-home position, contingent upon being a resident of AR, AZ, FL, GA, MO, TX, UT, VA or WA.  All states are subject to change.
• A private, quiet, distraction-free, interruption-free work area is required.
• Fast, reliable internet service with minimum download speed of 80Mbps and upload speed of 8 Mbps is required.

• Training schedule (Paid): 
  • Duration:  First 3 weeks
  • Hours:  Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern

• Work schedule:  
  • Structure:  4 days on + 3 days off, each week
  • Shifts:  Based on business need at time of hire, you may be offered one or more of the following shift options:
    • Monday - Thursday 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern
    • Tuesday - Friday 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern
    • Thursday - Sunday 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern 
    • Saturday - Tuesday 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM Eastern

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay: $18.97
