Our Client, an award winning, multi-practice law firm, is seeking for an IT Helpdesk Specialist.

Job Summary:We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving ability to join our IT Support Team.
The duties of this role include being a reference point for all IT-related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner, and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.
Job Duties:• The Support Specialist includes all aspects of help desk support and end user technical assistance.
• They must address a wide variety of user issues, including software problems, hardware failures, and network issues.
• When a user submits a ticket or otherwise contacts the help desk, IT Tech Support tracks the ticket/issue and works to identify the problem using standard practices and their own experience.
• Once the problem has been identified, they must address it. If it is a software or hardware issue, system support specialists may be required to install or repair the problem software or replace the malfunctioning hardware.
• If the issue is beyond their abilities, they must contact the appropriate department/personnel (such as a network specialist) or repair service.
• In addition to computer repairs, system support specialists may be required to troubleshoot other equipment, including printers, scanners, desk phones, and any specialized equipment their organization may use.
Required Education And Experience:• Associate Degree is required
• 2 years hands-on IT Support experience
• In lieu of degree, a total number 2+ years of experience in related field will meet the education and related experience requirements listed above.
Skills:• Basic Level 1-2 help desk role
• Proficient with Windows troubleshooting
• Proficient with troubleshooting/repairing computers, printers, scanners, etc.
• Soft skills - great comm is a must, dealing with extremely needy lawyers/legal services
