Duties/Responsibilities:
— Perform laboratory tests and measurements of components, select, and properly connect test instrumentation systems to obtain specified test data with supervision as required
— Perform tests according to established procedures.
— Conduct preparation, setup, and performance of tests.
— Perform other support services as directed by Supervisor
— Maintain lab equipment and service manuals
— Work with Engineers to establish testing goals and communicate issues

Qualifications:
— Strong desire to learn as much as possible with focus on widening skill base
— Understanding of testing principles involved with area
— Basic knowledge of applicable test/government specifications. (FMVSS, ECE, etc.)
— Strong "hands on" skills
— Self-starter
— Ability to demonstrate good customer relation skills - focus on customer satisfaction is a must
— Willingness to take on extra responsibility.
— Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
— Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education and Experience:
— High School Diploma
— Associates degree in related discipline preferred
— 1-4+ years related experience
