What You'll Be Doing:
Communicate status of open issues
Minimize production downtime by resolving issues quickly, and preventing potential issues from occurring
Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment
Test equipment set-up and troubleshooting
Interface with calibration house
Interface with test fixture designer/manufacturer
Participate in new product introduction, setting up new production areas
Perform validations (IQs, OQs, PQs)
Perform daily startup activities prior to production start
Write Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
Assess current test systems to identify improvement opportunities
Provide improvement ideas and participate in improvement projects
Interpret calibration results and troubleshoot any issues related to calibration
Timely and orderly actions and reporting on calibration and equipment maintenance
Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance schedules and records
What You'll Bring:
Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Information/Tech or related discipline preferred and/or 3-5 years experience
Electrical and mechanical aptitude with hands on experience
Software aptitude and automation (PLC programming, VBAs, LabView, etc) desired
Familiarity with PFMEAs
Technical writing skills
Experience using precision measuring equipment
Knowledge of Calibration process and requirements
Equipment preventative maintenance
Ability to interpret technical drawings •
