Call Center Customer Service Agent

We are is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service to clients by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide solutions to customer issues.
• Document all interactions in the company’s CRM system accurately.
• Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting, and order status updates.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further action.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

$850 - $1150week
