General Summary
The Technology Operations Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our technology infrastructure with an emphasis on hardware and software management. This position will handle a variety of tasks including purchasing, implementation, renewal, disposal, and auditing of technology assets.
Job Functions
- Provide day-to-day operational support for technology systems and applications related to hardware and software. Work closely with the rest of technology and other departments to understand technological needs, deliver effective solutions, and provide insights and recommendations based on operational expertise.
- Manage the purchase ticket queue and ensure timely processing of technology purchase requests for hardware, software, and expense items.
- Support Technology leadership with executing quarterly budget forecasts, including gathering information, evaluating data, and reporting findings.
- Maintain annual software subscriptions and manage named user license assignments. This includes ensuring license availability by generating and analyzing reports on software and license consumption, availability, and trends for management review.
- Conduct asset and inventory audits and reconciliation of technology assets using the asset inventory database(s).
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of equipment and software configurations through consistent profile management.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels of the studio to provide updates on system status and project progress.
- Participate in routine auditing to evaluate the effectiveness of technology operations and controls.
- Support the planning and execution of technology projects, ensuring alignment with business goals while collaborating with other teams to implement new systems, upgrades, or process improvements.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technology operations, systems administration, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware & software lifecycle management, as well as a proficient understanding of technology operations standards and best practices with a strong technical background.
- Proficiency in asset management and inventory control using asset management database software.
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and procurement within an IT context.
- Experience working with IT ticketing systems such as Jira or YouTrack preferred.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure AD (Active Directory), Office 365, and Outlook preferred.
- Ability to work proactively, collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Thrive in a deadline-driven environment with the ability to effectively manage change in a dynamic setting.

On-site in Hillsboro, OR / and also eligible for hybrid work / Remote Eligible.
