Role
We are looking for an exceptionally organized, resourceful, multitasking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to support three senior level managers in a fast-paced environment. You will anticipate and support the needs of our top-level executives so they may focus on accomplishing our Company goals. Your excellent communication, agility, ability to prioritize and organize are key to changing priorities and projects. As the gatekeeper and extension of your executive leaders, you make a significant impact on the people you support and are pivotal to the success of a collaborative, efficient and productive team!

In this role, you are driven by a common company goal: to help Capstone and the people of Capstone accomplish great things. The Executive Assistant performs an array of administrative functions critical to running an organization efficiently:
Responsibilities
- Support 3 Senior Managing Directors directly on any projects and initiatives within the Research area.
- Manage daily schedules of our senior leaders through prioritization, problem-solving and organization
- Coordinate travel arrangements, create expense reports in a timely manner
- Respond to communication or requests on behalf of our Executives with professionalism
- Build and maintain congenial business relationships with our Executives and team.
- Assist our executives in preparing for meetings. Reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video. Draft slides, meeting notes and documents.
- Partner with our Office Coordinator on general administrative duties (ordering supplies, lunches, snacks) distributing mail, ad-hoc projects, committees or group events
- Managing KPIs and management dashboards for senior leadership
- Spearheading important projects aligned with Capstone's mission of continuous improvement. Projects may include improving client deliverables or coordinating marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Zoom experience preferred
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Proficient in time management and planning
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
- An interest in policy and its impact on finance is preferred
Capstone offers a competitive benefits package, including health, vision, dental insurance, paid vacation, travel stipend and 401(k). The expected compensation for this role will be $70,000-$90,000 per annum with eligibility in Capstone's annual bonus pool.
This position is based in our Washington, DC office. Capstone is in-person Monday thru Thursday with flexible work from home Fridays.
