As we continue to shape the future of cross-border payments for businesses around the world here at 3S Money, we are now looking for a <strong>Senior Sales Executive</strong> to work with the existing Sales Executive team to bring on new clients in the European markets.</p><p><strong>Our mission</strong> </p><p>3S Money is reinventing international business banking. Our culture is genuinely transparent with minimal hierarchy and a commitment to each employee’s professional growth. </p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Driving outbound sales into focussed markets and geographies through your professional network or bespoke prospecting initiatives</li><li>Managing the business development process from prospecting and negotiation to closure in assigned territory or vertical (including but not limited to cold calling, networking-selling, email campaigns, corporate conferences, and trade shows)</li><li>Working with the Client Management function to proactively engage the portfolio of clients that you bring into the business</li><li>Effectively manage sales pipeline and forecasting, maintain an accurate record of activity through internal systems</li><li>Identify, target, and nurture potential introducing partners, like corporate and fund service providers, law and other professional services firms</li><li>Working with leaders of the revenue team to develop an aligned growth strategy aimed at meeting targets</li><li>Execution of growth strategy to increase company revenue</li></ul><p><strong>About you, you have</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years’ selling financial products, ideally with experience in Virtual IBANs and FX</li><li>Proven outbound sales experience in specific markets</li><li>Ability to qualify clients in terms of future profitability</li><li>Knowledge and sales experience in at least one of our target industries: Professional Services, Corporate Services and Fund Administration, Commodities, Logistics, Wholesale, EPC (Engineering, procurement, construction)</li><li>Experience working across global markets, preferably in UK and Offshore markets</li><li>Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills</li><li>Effective communication skills and exceptional customer service skills</li><li>Fluent English language skills + at least proficiency in at least one other main European language, ideally native speaker</li></ul><p><strong>In return for your hard work:</strong></p><p><strong>💰</strong> Competitive Salary + plus stock options (after 12 months) &amp; benefits</p><p> 💻 Hybrid working setup in our wonderful city-centre office</p><p>📚 We foster non-BAU projects in our team, we want you to explore new avenues and expand your expertise to benefit your professional pathway &amp; our teams. </p><p>➕ And much, much more….</p><p><strong>Our commitment to you</strong></p><p><strong>We are an equal opportunities employer.</strong> </p><p>We make recruiting decisions based on your experience, skills and personality.
