Our culture is genuinely transparent with minimal hierarchy and a commitment to each employee’s professional growth. </p><p><strong>What you’ll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Leading a culturally diverse team of skilled KYC Analysts ensuring they execute the processes to required standards to onboard new clients</li><li>Drive Quality, Quantity and contribution to business improvement.</li><li>Undertake all aspects of Performance Management with the team</li><li>Champion process improvements in a dynamic environment</li><li>Managing escalations from internal/external stakeholders and their expectations</li></ul><p><strong>About you, you have</strong></p><ul><li>Previous experience in Financial Services.
