Job Description

Job Summary:
File batch records and batch record release certificates. Scan and draft manual certificates for QA to approve. Assist other departments and audits with batch record and binder request.

Job Details: This position will be responsible for organizing and maintaining batch filing system in Batch Review Vault as well as printing and scanning release documentation to customers. Possible other duties, as deemed necessary.

Experience: Systems Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with filing systems and GMP documentation preferred.

Essential Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Excellent proofreading skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with peers and supervisors. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Well organized. Detail oriented ability to lift 30 40lbs boxes.
