Work with team members to solve complex user / business problems with effective digital
experiences. Support digital marketing initiatives by consolidating and coordinating XD design,
front-end development and web production projects within the UX Design team.
Take detailed internal and external meeting notes, and share these with the right stakeholders.
Scope production timelines for multiple concurrent digital projects and multiple formats. Work with
manager to allocate appropriate resources. Ensure all work launches smoothly and on time.
Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reviews, and status reports. Manage
feedback, changes, and approval cycles.
Support team's execution with an eye for detail. Contribute to production-level tasks, including
editing and publishing. Check output before it is delivered/published to ensure the requirements
have been met.
Define production processes, identify process improvements, and drive changes that make the
team more efficient and effective.
Manage quality assurance workflow, coordinating testing activities, optimize and automate testing
processes.
Collaborate with other members across multiple departments and technology stacks for
cross-team projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
5+ years as a digital project manager/creative producer within an agency or in-house team
An extraordinarily organized, detail-oriented and logical approach to process implementation
Experience managing day-to-day priorities for multiple team members
Strong working knowledge of current web standards, responsive web layouts, email standards,
and digital advertising standards
Understands digital creative and development process and able to transform project requirements
into actionable steps
Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to support HTML, CSS and graphic production
Experience in an B2B IT/Technology context preferred
Experience working with 3rd-party agencies and vendors
Learning mindset, desire to master new technologies and tools
Experience with Enterprise CMS platforms, marketing automation platforms and marketing
technologies (Drupal, Eloqua, HubSpot, and/or Adobe Marketing Cloud are a plus)
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, design, digital media)
