Vice President of New Business Development
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer, Common House
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 50% Travel) – Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; Charlotte, NC
Common House is a collection of modern social clubs with locations in Richmond, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Chattanooga, TN; New Orleans, LA; and additional sites joining our portfolio in 2025 and beyond. More than just a membership, Common House offers exceptional spaces and unique amenities for dining, working, and discovery through daily programming, networking opportunities, and curated experiences in an inclusive private club setting.
The Vice President of New Business Development is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing Common House’s strategic portfolio expansion plan. This leader will identify, cultivate, and establish relationships with property developers, real estate advisors, and potential partners to drive market expansion and new opportunities.
This role operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring a minimum of 50% travel to support existing and new locations. Candidates based in Denver, CO; Atlanta, GA; New Orleans, LA; or Charlotte, NC are preferred.
