• Proficiency in German Language
• About 3 years relevant hardware quoting experience required
• Proven experience and Knowledge on Sales Support Representative
• Expertise on Hardware/Software Quoting for Enterprise and Global Segment
• Excellent English language; including verbal, written and comprehension skills
• Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS Office applications
• Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to host conference calls and collaboration sessions online
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills demonstrated through the strong presentation, verbal and written communication
• Experience with quoting, product configurations, pricing processes and systems
• Comprehension and capability of meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Increase sales productivity by streamlining business processes and tools
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, perform diverse job functions and support a high-performing, successful sales team
• Excellent time management, analytical and problem-solving skills in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment, while maintaining strong attention to accuracy, details and outstanding customer service
• Maintain accurate account, license, service contract, asset and maintenance entitlement records within CRM Application
