PRIMARY FUNCTION: Applies extensive senior level non-exempt individual contributor knowledge and skill expertise for a focused area of technology to a variety of complex technical support activities within the area of assignment.
2 PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Utilizes in-depth knowledge across a variety of hardware and/or software products and technical process areas to effectively support the Sales Operations and customers.
Serves as a primary contact in the assigned technical areas to expedite solutions for the sales team and customers within the area of technical expertise or provides identification of alternative resources available.
Maintains a current state working knowledge of new products services and technologies and provides analysis of potential opportunities.
Utilizes effective communications to drive new product opportunity and/or process enhancements in communications directly with the sales team the customer or with more senior technology consultants regarding technical requests.
Participates in meetings conference calls and individual training to better understand and incorporate product education and product alternatives based on current product availability and functionality and the product evolution pathway to expedite issues solution requirements and enhance future opportunities for business progression.
Serves as a resource for less knowledgeable individuals providing individualized on- the-job training clarification and mentoring.
Performs work distribution and in-process quality review as required.
Leads process change enhancement implementation.

In-depth working knowledge across a variety of technical products and services practices procedures and methods including product migration.

4 WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Three or more years of successful progressive experience in the area of complex technical assignments related to the area of job focus.
Associates Degree in IT or a related technical field or an equivalent combination of formal education training and directly related job experience. •
