Why this is your dream job: 

As a Senior Sales Manager, you'll be leading a high-performing team of Account Executives and a Senior Account Manager. You’ll be at the forefront of driving sales strategies, building relationships, and achieving company growth goals. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leadership and helping their team succeed. 

Past experience: 

  • 5+ years in sales, with deep knowledge of the best sales tactics, including prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and managing the full sales cycle. You know what it takes to close a deal and have a track record to prove it. 
  • 3+years in management, with experience leading at least 3 direct reports
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members, promoting their growth, and helping them progress in their careers 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, booking platforms, and Project Management tools
  • Proof of consistent achievement or overachievement of team and individual sales quotas
  • Strong collaboration and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in hiring and onboarding new sales team members, with a clear understanding of what it takes to identify and recruit top-performing sales reps 
  • A user-centric mentality with a passion for Entrepreneurship and Startups
