Role - Mortgage Processor
Rate - $18.19/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $27.28/HR)
Duration - 12 months (possible extension)
Location - Ann Arbor, MI
Description:
Overall pipeline management, coordinating efforts with operations/sales, ensuring timely execution of service level agreements/closings, while arbitrating problems as they occur.
Responsibilities:
• Follows established procedures to complete assigned work under limited supervision
• Resolves problems that require in-depth investigation or research
• May have direct interaction with senior managers to explain findings
• Duties include interaction with Operations/Sales reviewing basic loan analysis and research
• Serves as a subject matter expert to all assigned processes ensuring execution of procedures
Qualifications
• High School/GED required and College degree (BA/BS) preferred
• Minimum 3 years of processing mortgage experienced required, proficient in Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail with corresponding ability to follow a problem through to resolution
• Detail oriented with excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills
• Professional approach to all interactions with proven success working in a team
• Ability to successfully exercise influence with partners across business groups
• Seeks to understand root cause and provide solutions
