Position Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for operationalizing business strategy and requirements in Employee Relations in partnership / with sponsorship from the HRBP.
  • To understand business needs, engage with the Business leaders and Hiring Managers for reviewing, improving and implementing the best available sourcing screening and onboarding systems and processes.
  • The ability to quickly understand and identify hiring plans, deploy relevant sourcing strategies and SLAs, whilst ensuring adherence to policies and local employment laws before candidate search commences, will be critical.
  • You will design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants whilst closely controlling cost bases.
  • You will source candidates using data mining, Boolean or semantic searches via job boards and internal databases.
  • Candidate management and the candidate experience is at the heart of our talent attraction strategy.
  • You will be responsible for managing this experience utilizing various communication techniques to keep the candidate interested in immediate, current and future Boeing opportunities.
  • You will review job opening requests for appropriate content and completeness and submits to recruiting systems for job seekers and vendor visibility.
  • You will perform applicant down select, telephone screening, co-ordinate interviews and assist hiring managers in the structured interview process.
  • Taking the recruitment process to conclusion, you will prepare and extend offers to selected candidates, taking advice from HR and compensations and benefits during this process.
  • You will ensure pre-employment checks are completed in time, managing any discrepancies or delays etc, coordinator with the respective focals and communicate with candidate or hiring manager.
  • You will develop innovative pre-joining and orientation process working closely with HR to provide company information to new and rehire employees to ensure smooth on-boarding.
  • Managing recruitment via Applicant Tracking System (ATS) making sure we are compliant to process, you will prepare metrics and reports to analyze staffing plan data against goals and objectives to be used in the development of recommendations for revising staffing plans. Reviewing our processes, you will report out on status of activities and special projects, recognize inconsistencies in staffing processes and work on possible solutions for improvement.
  • You will then develop ideas around raising awareness of Boeing brand in India and works with recruitment advertising to build relevant attraction strategies and university relations.
  • Experience in recruiting talent (sourcing, screening, and closing both internal and external candidates) and/or related work experience in Human Resources and/or customer service
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Work, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Proficient with Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Ability to organize and prioritize a varying workload.
  • Ability to structure tasks and information to deliver to commitments.
  • Ability to work as part of an international team.
  • Able to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders including; senior managers and leaders, HR colleagues, supplier and other business function.
  • Able to travel within India.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes.
  • Flexible with regards to varying business requirements.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken). Hindi would be an advantage.
  • Willingness and ability to make decisions where required.
  • Good Knowledge of HR Policies as they relate to the resourcing and recruitment.
  • Experience handling IT and Engineering requirements/hiring's.
Typical Education & Experience:
  • Bachelors with 4-8years of related work experience.
  • Masters would be preferred.
