What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Graduate of bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related course
- At least 2 years or of experience in different facets of HR.
- Highly knowledgeable in MS Office and HRIS is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and can work with high levels of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, sound, written, and oral communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable, organized, and able to work to tight deadlines where required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Excellent time management skills with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

What will you do?
- Overseeing pre-onboarding and onboarding activities which includes coordinating with recruitment, HR, Admin, offer sheet/contract preparation and onboarding administration.
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Act as a point-of-contact of third-party providers regarding concerns about HMO, background check, HR vendors and /or government agencies that relates to mandatory employee benefits.
- Perform other duties assigned as deemed necessary.
Data, Metrics and Helpdesk:
- Resolve HR Helpdesk tickets in the HRIS System on a timely manner within SLA and on a professional manner.
- Manage employee data from shared folders/ excel data into our company’s HRIS.
- Identify and solve any data entry-related issue.
- Maintain and update the database and regularly eliminate duplicate data
- Implementing relevant HR metrics in order to determine the efficiency and impact of the workforce.
- Optimizing and implementing new data processes and systems.
- Compiling reports of data results and presenting these to senior managers.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Perform other duties assigned, as necessary.
