Position Purpose:

The Talent and Excitement Intern will mainly be responsible in providing support in various Human Resources and Office Administration processes. This will include documentation, employee engagement activities preparations and implementations, employee onboarding, and provide inputs on process improvements.

Description of Duties:

• Posts job vacancies, screens potential candidates’, and coordinates interview schedules.
• Supports employee onboarding preparations, pre-employment reviews and documentation, schedules new hire orientation sessions.
• Helps plan, conceptualize, and implement employee engagement activities including preparations of logistics.
• Assists in C&B administration, government mandated benefits, and other HR related matters.

Requirements

Job Requirement (Knowledge & Skill):

• Degree in human resources management and other behavioral courses.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
