We are looking for a Full-Time Senior Recruitment Specialist who will identify and attract top-tier talent across the Philippines and LATAM regions. This role is crucial for sourcing A-level candidates for offshore recruitment, managing volume recruitment efforts, and ensuring that our talent pool and community are composed of highly skilled professionals who can drive our company’s success.

Core Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage with A-level candidates across the Philippines and LATAM regions.
- Volume Recruitment: Lead and manage high-volume recruitment campaigns to rapidly fill multiple positions, ensuring all roles are filled with top-quality candidates within the required timeframes.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet the high standards required for our roles.
- Offshore Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for offshore roles, from sourcing to endorsing, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal team members to introduce talent to clients.
- Market Research: Stay informed on the latest recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the Philippines and LATAM markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, recruitment agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of top talent.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Must-Have Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on offshore and international sourcing.
- In-depth experience in sourcing and recruiting in the Philippines and LATAM regions.
- Proven track record in offshore recruitment, with a focus on finding A-level candidates.
- Experience with Workable, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools.
- Proven background in Psychology, Human resources or related fields.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficient in using a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success in the role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- C1 or Higher English proficiency level.
Availability:
- Full-Time (40 hours a week)
- Schedule: Standard US Pacific time business hours.
- Time Flexibility for meetings.
