Job Description:
This role is within the Finance and Risk Operations (FRO) organization which is a Client Shared Services organization that supports the Finance and Risk processes. In the Full Suite project, the implementation analyst will be working closely within this team, with FRO across its different functions as well as with the Finance and the Technology organizations. 
Role & Responsibilities 
  Daily tasks can include any of the following: 
o Execute UAT test scripts and raise defects accordingly 
o Generate reports and data extracts and perform various types reconciliations 
o Investigate and analyze data and process issues 
o Work closely with Technology support to address and resolve defects and issues 
o Work closely with end-users testing functionality and address any issues and concerns they may have 
o Collate and produce testing metrics and status updates for users and stakeholders. 
o Work with project leads from the business in planning and preparing for upcoming test cycles including creation of testing strategy and plan 
o Implement systems setups and run system processes 
  Participate and own specific tasks and milestones in the definition phase of the project including: 
o Supporting business in discovery and impact analysis 
o Review discovery documentation provided by business 
  Participate and own specific tasks and milestones in the design phase of the project including:
o Review of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) 
o Review of Functional Requirements Documents (FRD) 
o Creation of Operations schedule and flow for business segment 
o Support report design 
o Validate mapping logic 
o Creation of configuration documents 
o Creation of business segment process flows 
  Provide support in transitioning of functions and processes to Production BAU process owners. 
Qualifications 
Education 
  Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management 
Experience 
  Prior experience with large scale project implementations and process improvement initiatives.
  Experienced in integration of projects as well as advanced skill in project management. 
  Full understanding of Project Management techniques, methodologies, and processes. 
  Deep understanding of FRO functions and taxonomies. 
Knowledge, Skills, Expertise 
  Knowledge of principles, practices and theories of Financial Processes. 
  Knowledge of risk and controls within FRO processes. 
  Knowledge of project methodologies. 
  Pro-active in developing and implementing processes that significantly mitigate risk.
