Senior Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join, grow and expand our Paid Search marketing channels in Portugal. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will have a critical role in developing and implementing strategies for our paid channels in Portugal and also investigating and launching new channels. You will also closely collaborate with our Business Intelligence, Branding and Product & Tech teams. 

Given the critical contribution of our Paid channel, you will be responsible for maximising the output and the contribution of this channel in Portugal grasping full value out of innovations and optimisations.

About you

You have in-depth experience managing Paid Search campaigns, leveraging data to achieve efficient results and working in conjunction with other paid media channels to drive conversions. You love to design and lead the implementation of Performance Strategies that can maximise business value. You have ideally experience in a variety of channels and you are keen to test and evaluate new ones in the most educated way. You understand the importance of meeting objectives and you are able to go the extra mile to achieve them. 

Responsibilities

• Strategy: own our strategy for all media: paid search, paid social, display medial (Google ads, Facebook, instagram, TikTok, Bing, Reddit, Pinterest) spanning all markets, from conception to execution
  
  
• Execution: Design and implement along with the rest of the team the execution and continuous optimisation of all campaigns
  
  
• Performance maximisation and evaluation: Be able to navigate quickly from overall account to specific campaign details, identifying and testing new approaches to maximise the effect of the channel as well as evaluate its potential
  
  
• Reporting: be responsible for creating reports and provide analysis around ROI, campaign performance, conversion patterns and website traffic to help optimise all campaigns
  
  
• Budget Management: advise on and allocate digital marketing budgets, constantly analysing spend and recommending changes as necessary to ensure optimisation

Requirements

• 4-6 years solid performance marketing experience, including but not limited to search, social, display and re-marketing
• Working in direct-to-consumer marketing via performance media in highly competitive industries such as travel, e-commerce, betting, local services etc. working for a digital media agency or client-side
• Proven and successful experience in a cross-functional team as a team player
• Proven SEM experience managing large PPC accounts and heavy usage of Google Adwords Editor
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools e.g, Google Analytics
• Experience working with any other tools are a big plus e.g. Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok, Bing, Pinterst, Reddit
• Strong analytical and numerical skills and high attention to detail
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• You work independently, are result-driven and you show a high level of performance motivation
• Obsessed by driving marketing performance and ROI

Compensation: Salary range of €35K - €40K per year, based on level of experience.
