About the role

To accelerate our mission of revolutionizing property risk, we are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join our growing team. As the Marketing Communications Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping ZestyAI's brand and reputation. You will develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a passion for storytelling. The ideal candidate is a strategic communications leader with a passion for technology and a proven track record of success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to elevate ZestyAI's brand and market leadership.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, regulatory, and customer success) to align messaging, ensure cohesive brand communication, and provide copyediting support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, industry analysts, and influencers to generate positive media coverage. Serve as a spokesperson for ZestyAI.
• Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives to position ZestyAI as an industry expert (including content creation, speaking engagements, and industry awards).
• Provide strategic communications counsel to executive leadership.
• Oversee the company’s digital presence, including the company website and social media accounts.
• Mentor and coach other departments with communications activities and outreach. Level-up the effectiveness of our communications and ensure they are accurate, on-brand, professional, and aligned with ZestyAI’s larger communication and business goals.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communications programs, providing actionable insights and optimizing future campaigns based on data-driven insights. 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications or public relations.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communications campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Meltwater for media coverage and LinkedIn analytics for social a plus.
• Experience in the insurance or technology industry is preferred.
