Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare Pre & Post shipment document like Custom Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Draft B/L, as per LC & Non LC terms
• Prepare complete set of documents pertaining export documents based.
• Maintain a direct relationship with the Bank pertaining to all export procedures and documentation
• Coordinate closely with the Logistics Freight Forward agents for scheduling and bookings shipments to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
• Coordinate with bank for payment status & other purpose.
• Coordinate and liaise with suppliers and buyers to ensure smooth cargo operations.
• Making Performa Invoice, Sales Report & Delivery Challan.
• Checking Checklist, Bill of Lading, AWB
• Buyer outstanding payment details.
• Maintain export related files of the organization.
• Manage export related Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence.
• Payments follow up.
• Mail checking and answering.
• Correspondence with clients
• Any other relevant duties or responsibilities that may be assigned time to time.
