Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Sales Engineer with Manufacturing Knowledge to join their team, specializing in rotary joints. The ideal candidate will be an individual with extensive experience working in the manufacturing industry. They should possess the unique ability to speak the language of maintenance and facility managers, understand their repair parts needs, and effectively offer solutions through our rotary joint products.

Key Qualifications:

1. 5 years or more sales experience in the industrial/manufacturing sector; good technical understanding; Engineering Degree - Strong Plus. This expertise will enable them to empathize with the challenges faced by maintenance managers and identify opportunities for our rotary joint products.

2. Exceptional Communication Skills: The candidate should excel in interpersonal communication. They should be able to engage in meaningful conversations with maintenance and facility managers, actively listening to their needs and presenting products as solutions.

3. Sales Acumen: While industry knowledge is crucial, the candidate should also have a proven track record in sales or a strong desire and aptitude to excel in a sales role. They should be able to meet or exceed sales targets and work towards the OTE mentioned in the compensation package.

• Familiarity with rotary joints or similar products is a definite plus.

Compensation:

• Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000/yr. All expenses paid.
• On-Target Earnings (OTE) Range: OTE $100,000 to $130,000 per year. Sky is the limit
