We are looking for a TA Coordinator who will assist TA team with various administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Ensure Interview Requests are sent to Scheduling Team in a timely manner
Process internal opportunities approvals
Send out interview requests
Disqualify candidates that are not chosen for next steps and send out email response
Assist with compliance efforts
Conduct Reference checks
Support logistics with bi-weekly onboarding
Minimum Qualifications:
New grad or 1 to-3 years of HR Assistant or Admin Assistant
Experience working with various Databases or ATSs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Ability to work in high volume environment
Customer Service experience is a plus
Comments for Suppliers: 4-8 yrs exp
